Double Down, the bike shop where the shuttle starts, is smaller than all the others in Moab, but they have some great stuff We had a rad shuttle driver. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

We have used Porcupine a few times now when we have been to Moab, each time Kacey has kept us up to date on drop off's and how high up they are going so there is no dissapointment, but luckily its been to the top everytime.

The shuttle itself is is a great ride! not only clean but a smooth ride which up those dirt roads is saying something! The bikes are loaded on carefully and they ensure there is no way of damage / rubbing on the way up. The ride itself was like a guided tour of the views, with insights into the area and trails plus the "give me your trash dont leave it up there" means the leave no trace ethos starts straight away.

Having tried other shuttles before this is one is the only one we use now, its a keeper!

Our shuttle driver was super nice and really informative; a true guide. It’s also nice because Double Down bike shop is right there for last minute needs. Also, bonus there’s a bathroom there to use before you take the long ride up to the top which with other shuttle services you’re standing in a dirt parking lot with no bathroom. Five stars to Porcupine shuttle service. Definitely recommend.

Excellent service, comfortable ride. Kacey, the owner, went above and beyond to be sure everything was smooth for us. She recommended an earlier start time to fit everything in that we wanted to do and to avoid lines to get into parks. She even helped me find a place in town to order lunch to bring on our daytrip. Loved all of the history and information she shared about the parks we visited.

I shuttled with Porcupine twice during my Moab trip. Both times were great. My driver Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable about the trails I was riding which was an added bonus. He also handled unforeseen circumstances calmly and very professionally. I'll definitely ride with Porcupine again.
